what i do is.
1. close steam (everything, check with taskmanager if everything is closed)
2. start up and go to cs go properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game files
3. start up cs go without hacks and join a casual or something and close it again
4. start up nixware.cc
(this worked for me most of the times, sometimes i did the cycle twice)
