bro will i get banned now ? that i got a 24h cooldown ? will the game play go to overwatch ?

i just got a global cooldown of 24hour with an average kill of 20kills per game . and i was not full semi rage mostly legit config but i used semi to . fov 20 my friends told me nix wont get you cooldown but here we are whats the problem here and will i get benned after 24h cooldown with overwatch ?

where is the folder that we should put our cfgs ? is it changed ?
